Our Vision

  • Build a cohesive senate and improve the functioning of the ISBAA with trust, transparency and commitment
  • Increase the transparency in the working of the senate
  • Reach out to as many alums as possible and become a true representative of the alumni fraternity. We would also want to be able to communicate the collective thought and aspirations of the alumni to the ISB management and board
  • Effectively utilize the resources available to enhance learning and development as well as promote career development opportunities. These include the resources with alumni, the ISBAA, the Alumni Relations Office and the ISB.
  • Initiate the process of building a support system (financial as well as social) for the alumni either in the form of a group insurance policy or in the form of a contingency fund
  • Initiate V-Care and Re-Connect; V-Care would be a means for the alumni to give back to the school where as Re-Connect aims to get more and more alumni involved in the activities of the ISBAA as well as its functioning. The objective is to have a greater participation from the alumni in all the events leading up to the senate elections two years from now
  • Last but not the least, effective use of technology to facilitate easy & effective interaction between alums as well as for sharing information
