Recommended Readings by Anand Arvind
Anand is from the PGPMAX founding class and is currently the Vice President of products at Soham Online Private Limited where he is responsible for product strategy and product development of Saas applications for the SMB services industry. Anand has 18 years of experience in building software products for enterprise customers, and in managing large global teams in building enterprise class applications.

This is a must read book on the best way to treat our modern lifestyle diseases, and about how to stay healthy. It did change my outlook on how to stay healthy. There is a documentary film that is based on this called Fork over Knives, and I would highly recommend watching this too.

“The Road Less Travelled”, by M. Scott Peck    

What is a recommendation list without a recommendation on how to understand yourself ? This book is a good read and deals with some interesting and hard topics which we need to understand to be successful in life.

“Rework”, by Jason Fried & David Heinemeier Hansson

If you are working on a new business or startup, this is a nice book that reinforces a lot of simple things that need to be done to ensure that a successful business is built (tailored more towards software businesses)
