Vedicsoft Solutions, LLC, a US IT solutions provider in Business Analytics space, today announced that it has completed a management-led buyout from its founders. Finvista Advisors (I) Pvt. Ltd., founded by ISB alumnus Srinivasu Satti, is the sole M&A advisor to the founders of Vedicsoft Solutions, LLC.
