Foundation of the Modern Service System - February 01, 2014
More than 40 alumni, spouses and referrals attended this session which covered interesting topics like customer centricity, business models, competitive advantage, asset deployment and financial performance. Participants gave great feedback on this session and found it to be extremely interactive.
Hyderabad:
ISB Alumni Association Annual General Meeting - February 15, 2014
The AGM was attended by 33 alumni and some of the key issues that were discussed were amendments to the By-laws and the Constitution of the ISBAA and appointment of Statutory Auditor. We will be sharing minutes of the AGM with the alumni body shortly.
