Tell us about yourself – your profile, recap your professional life after ISB including your career progression

After completing my undergraduate degree in finance from Mumbai University, I joined a financial advisory and valuation start-up,TresVista, as one of their first employees. TresVista’s rapid ascent from a seven-member firm when I joined in 2007, to 70 employees by 2010, was the growth trajectory that provided me with the opportunities to work on professionally-rewarding projects with top private equity firms. This solid work experience was my ticket to the ISB. For all my efforts and results, I was also recipient of the “Young Leader” award.

I am currently working with Arthur D Little, a global management consulting firm, as a consultant with their Dubai, office.

Describe your fondest memory at ISB
“Solstice” was the most memorable experience for me at the ISB. Despite a great loss, the ISB community rose to prove its resilience and ability to come together as a family. As the current
students, professors and staff interacted with alums and their families over the three days, I saw
what it really meant to be a part of the ISB community.

At “Solstice”, it was also great to see alums with a variety of talents – from proud alum entrepreneurs who have achieved a lot in a short period of time to the dancers who displayed their talents in the evening celebrations.

I can't wait to see my alma mater once again at Solstice this year.

With the knowledge and experience gained at ISB, when looking back, tell us something that you would have done differently while you were a student here?
Every moment spent at the ISB holds a very special place in my life and I would not change anything about it. These experiences have made my year at ISB the best year of my life till date – A year that gave me some of my closest friends and confidants for life.

In your personal life, how have you changed post-ISB? Do you see yourself doing something differently because you went to ISB? What has left a lasting impression?
It is very hard to find a mix of personalities, with such diverse experiences, in one place. The environment at ISB has made me a lifelong student and better prepared me to take on myriad challenges.

How do you think ISB has contributed to your career growth?

ISB has provided me with an international platform, a supportive professional network, and friends who are my pillars of strength. Post ISB, I truly believe that the only constraint to my future success is my ability to dream big.

If you have to sum up ISB in one word:
Family

What are the areas that you can contribute to in ISB?
I can help in creating a more cohesive alum community, in bringing better job opportunities to the current students, and with fundraising initiatives for the School.
