Sandeep is from the PGP Class of 2008 and works as General Manager with Punj Lloyd Limited, operating out of Dubai, UAE. In his current role, he is responsible for organizational strategy across Middle East, Africa, Europe, Eurasia and Americas and also heads business development and marketing efforts in North America & Europe.
A thought leader, Sandeep believes that innovation, integrity, self confidence, fearlessness and perseverance are the five most important traits of a successful person.

Protagonist Roark leads a character, who believes in himself and his ideas. The character symbolizes ideals, independent-mindedness and integrity, required to achieve goals without fearing about the possibility of being destroyed. An epic that symbolizes that money is not the ultimate goal of the people, who believe in innovation.
“The Monk who Sold his Ferrari” by Robin S Sharma
Beautifully written as a story, the book is one of the best described lessons of “Art of Living”- An elegant and power formula of self development, effectiveness, success and happiness.
“The Lexus and the Olive Tree” by Thomas L Friedman
Written in typical Friedman’s style, the book describes the post cold war era where globalization has blurred boundaries and how it is directly or indirectly influencing politics, environment, geopolitics and economics of the countries and businesses across the world. The author takes a dig at various different theories reshaping the world.
