Recommended Reading by Malhar Mehta
Malhar Mehta is from the PGP Class of 2009 and has worked for over 10 years in the field of corporate banking. He has been investing in both equities and real estate and is a qualified chartered accountant, CPA and lawyer,

Description: Fooled by Randomness: The Hidden Role of Chance in Life and in the Markets “Fooled by Randomness”, by Nassim Nicholas Taleb
The book gives alternative perspective to our views about business and the world. It is about the importance of chance/luck in life and our failure to understand the probability of uncertain/random events which makes us find reasons where none exist. The book is about luck disguised and perceived as skill and more generally about randomness disguised as determinism. A must read for people dealing in markets (equity, real estate, etc where the occurrences of uncertain events can make or break careers).
