Greetings!

Here is our next issue of the Family Business news with articles focusing on Professionalisation as the theme. Hope you will find them interesting.

We would also like to share the details of our next annual training programme on “Family Business – Managing Growth and Transformation” to be held at the ISB from March 3 – 6, 2012. This programme focuses on addressing some of the most critical challenges faced by growth-oriented family businesses. It also covers family business governance including preparation of constitution, professionalisation and developing growth strategy in family businesses, among others. I am sure family entrepreneurs will find this programme very useful.

I encourage you to send interesting articles that we can consider for inclusion in our forthcoming newsletters.

Best wishes,
Professor K Ramachandran
Thomas Schmidheiny Chair Professor of Family Business and Wealth Management
