The graduation ceremony! As I sat in the audience waiting for my turn, I couldn’t not help but be amazed at all the friends I had made and the amazing journeys that I had become a part of.

In your personal life, how have you changed post-ISB? Do you see yourself doing something differently because you went to ISB? What has left a lasting impression?
I found myself to be more patient while dealing with people and definitely more at ease in unstructured situations. Of course, becoming a parent last year radically highlighted areas for immense improvement in both those areas!

ISB has definitely broadened my horizons and provided me a good foundation to taking better decisions.

If you have to sum up ISB in one word: Cornerstone

What was the main highlight of your programme at the ISB?
I had friends who were going through MBA programs at Ivy League schools in the US and it was exciting that we had the same professors and coursework for some of the key classes. The core term classes, rigour and facilitation were truly memorable.
