Tell us about yourself – your profile, recap your professional life after ISB including your career progression.
I have over 15 years of professional experience in leadership roles across varied job functions and roles.In the last five years post ISB, I have worked in the Telecom operations domain across North and West India.

I have the fortunate experience of working with all the top three Telecom operators of India, including Airtel, Reliance Communications, and now Vodafone. I can say that life after ISB has been extremely fulfilling and satisfying.

Describe your fondest memory at ISB.
I cherish the memory of my younger daughter taking her first steps in life at ISB. It is symbolic for me as I was going through a life-changing year alongside her.

With the knowledge and experience gained at ISB, when looking back, tell us something that you would have done differently while you were a student here?
ISB’s one year curriculum is extremely power-packed. Given the depth and spread of subjects that we have to learn in a short span of one year, I would say that if onegoes through the motions again, the experience would still be unique given the variety of courses that are offered to us! Perhaps I would have taken some more courses in Consumer Marketing!! I really can’t tell exactly how my experience would be different!!

In your personal life, how have you changed post-ISB? Do you see yourself doing something differently because you went to ISB? What has left a lasting impression?
For me ISB has been a life-changing experience! My entire career progression post-ISB has taken a certain direction because of the exposure and skills acquired at the School. The learnings, especially insome of the Marketing courses and Economics classes I took,are still fresh in my mind as if it was just yesterday that I attended those classes!

How do you think ISB has contributed to your career growth?
As mentioned earlier, for me, ISB has been the single, most important catalyst in my professional career. I owe everything to ISB!

What are the areas that you can contribute to at ISB?
I think I can certainly contribute in a variety of ways, be it by participating in some think tanks, or helping students make more informed career choices while they are at ISB.I will try my best when it comes to helping my fellow ISBians in whatever way I can. Over the next few years, as I take up roles of higher responsibilities, I will be able to contribute actively to campus recruitment as well.
