Key take-away from the ISB
A lifelong network with my batch mates, many of whom are corporate India’s who’s who.
Analytical decision making ability

How do you think the ISB has contributed to your career growth
ISB provided me with a launch pad to a career in international consulting. Today, as I run my own company, I heavily rely on the powerful network of ISB alumni globally on various operational requirements.

What is your vision for the School?
To be recognized globally as a breeding ground for entrepreneurs.

What are the strengths that the School can leverage upon and areas it can improve
Strengths: The incredible power and influence we wield across corporations, government and society through the network of our board, partner schools and alumni.

Areas to improve: Nurturing entrepreneurial potential amongst students.

How do you think alums can associate with the School or alum’s role in building the School
More interaction with current students to give them a “real-er” picture of the life in their respective roles and industries. Students often get into roles and career paths that are far different from what they imagined them to be on campus. And making a switch once out of MBA is difficult.

Contribute to the development of the curriculum. We need to lay greater emphasis on courses such as sales that are core to business.
