Tell us about yourself - your profile, recap your professional life after ISB including your career progression
I'm a management professional with an engineering background. I came to ISB with 18 years in Manufacturing and IT industries – in areas such as production, research and development, and quality and strategy. Post ISB, I worked with the corporate strategy group of Mahindra Satyam and established their global alliances program. I currently work with Research In Motion as Head of Alliances and Developer Relations for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

What was your key take-away from the ISB?
The ISB experience gave me confidence in my own strengths – to believe in the principles of management and leadership that I had developed over the years. The exposure to global leaders and professors, and training in economics and finance helped me develop a wholesome view of the business.

How do you think the ISB has contributed to your career growth?
ISB brand has been an asset and the alumni network has been great in building business relationships.

What is your vision for the School?
