And it’s done! Months of preparation fulfilled over 3 crazy days from 20th to 22nd of December at Solstice 2013.

Description: C:\Users\61410111\Desktop\DSC_0555.jpgThe weekend started with a couple of fun activities like the SV to SV triathlon where an enthusiastic bunch ran, biked and swam across campus. We had our student videographers on bikes and some great shots followed. Soon after was Khemka, where Dramanon performed to a packed house cheering for the cast which included a student and an alum.

Come Friday night, Solstice shifted into gear with ISB’s first jungle theme party at 08 Lounge. Jungle lanterns lined the road to 08 and a curved canopy provided an authentic cave entrance to one of the most well attended Friday night parties ever at Solstice. On the lawns and on the dance floor, 08 truly came alive that night.

On the heels of a party that wrapped up at 5AM, Saturday was a blur of fun.  The atrium and academic center turned into the focal point of attention with the young at heart taking turns at console and the racing simulation games.

A full turnout for the ISB Entrepreneurship Meet saw like minded individuals network and discuss their ideas, and classrooms filled up for the ISB Quiz and the whacky and witty case’n’class conducted by Professor Sanjay Sood.

The Saturday night party extended across the Rec Center lawns and the crowd thronged to Aditi Singh Sharma and some nifty violin play as part of the Parikrama performance. No lighters, but the phones sure came out to sway for this concert.

Over the three days, the campus saw 1300+ attendees fill every nook and cranny of ISB. We want to thank everyone involved, and especially Professors Dishan Kamdar, Ramana Sonti, Amit Bubna, Mudit Kapoor and Bhagwan Chowdhry for helping us roll out some special invites to all alums.

Thanks for the memories and we look forward to seeing you next year!
