I am glad to share with you the latest issue of our Newsletter. The theme for this issue is "Women in Family Business: Breaking to the Top Management Level". Women play critical roles in inter-generational continuity of family business. Though they are increasingly taking up more formal roles in family business women still remain a minority in leadership positions and face immense challenges to break the glass ceiling.
